How we work
SimpleCode.Space services are provided personally by Stanislav Pasztorek. Contracts are concluded and invoiced by a contractual partnership with Xolo Go OÜ under § 580 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act. The partnership is not a separate legal entity. Xolo Go OÜ, as the managing partner, represents the partnership, concludes contracts on its behalf, issues invoices and receives payments.
