Terms of service
Updated: 31 October 2026
These terms summarise how SimpleCode.Space works with customers. The binding terms are the Xolo General Terms for the Service Contract and the project or invoice the customer accepts on the Xolo platform. Where this page differs from them, they prevail.
1. Provider
The contractor is the contractual partnership Xolo Go OÜ – Stanislav Pasztorek (Xolo Go OÜ registry code 14717109, EU VAT EE102156920, Paju tn 1a, 50603 Tartu, Estonia). Services are delivered personally by Stanislav Pasztorek. Xolo Go OÜ, as the managing partner, concludes contracts, issues invoices and receives payments. Details are in the Legal notice.
2. Scope of services
We provide services only: websites, calculators, forms and surveys. We do not sell goods and do not offer investment or cryptocurrency-related services. Services cannot be provided to customers in countries where the Xolo platform does not allow it. Xolo may limit the scope of services or refuse a project under its own rules, for example anti-money-laundering rules.
3. Inquiry and conclusion of the contract
- Send an inquiry via the form on the website or by email to info@simplecode.space. Within 2 hours you receive a quote with scope, deadline and price. A quote is not yet a contract.
- Once agreed, Xolo sends you the project or invoice for approval on the Xolo platform, together with the General Terms for download.
- The contract is concluded when you accept the project or invoice and the General Terms on the platform.
4. Price and payment
- The price and due date are stated in the project or invoice. VAT is added where applicable.
- Invoices are issued by Xolo and paid to Xolo's bank account.
- Late payment interest is 0.1% per day, or 0.066% per day for consumers. Work may be suspended while payment is overdue.
5. Delivery and acceptance
The 24–72 hour delivery time starts once complete materials are provided (texts, images, domain access). The exact deadline is stated in the project. Business customers must check the work and raise any objections within 3 working days of delivery. Justified objections are fixed within a reasonable time. Consumers keep all statutory rights for non-conforming services.
6. Copyright in the work
Rights to the website or other work are agreed in the project. The project can provide for a full transfer of rights to the customer, effective on full payment, or for a licence to use the work. If the project says nothing, the rights remain with the author. If you want to fully own the work, we state the transfer of rights in the project.
7. Liability
The contractor's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Lost profit and indirect damages are not covered. Total liability is limited to 20% of the project price and no more than EUR 1,000. The limitation does not apply to intentional or grossly negligent breaches. Claims must be made within 6 months of the breach. Consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract are not affected.
8. Consumer right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion by writing to info@simplecode.space. If you want work to start before this period ends, you must request it explicitly; if you then withdraw, you pay for the work already done. Withdrawal is not possible once the service has been fully provided with your express consent.
9. Termination
The contract can be terminated with 30 days' notice. It can be terminated immediately for a material breach that is not remedied within 10 days of notice. Work provided up to the termination date is paid for.
10. Confidentiality and your customers' data
On request we sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or a data processing agreement (DPA), for example when a form collects your customers' data. These agreements are signed directly by Stanislav Pasztorek; neither Xolo nor the partnership is a party to them.
11. Governing law and disputes
The contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are settled at first instance by Harju County Court, Estonia. Consumers always keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence and may turn to an out-of-court consumer dispute body, such as the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz), or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
12. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
